The Reiputa Apartments development in Mt Wellington is a large-scale residential project comprising 297 apartments across five multi-storey buildings. Delivered under a design and build model, the project required a coordinated and efficient mechanical services solution to support modern apartment living and healthy indoor environments.

Our scope included the complete delivery of fresh air ventilation, bathroom extract systems, and individual air conditioning systems throughout the development. Working closely with the wider project team, we developed practical solutions that integrated seamlessly within constrained ceiling spaces and complex building layouts.

The fresh air systems were designed to provide consistent airflow and improved indoor air quality across all apartment types, while the bathroom extract systems effectively removed moisture and maintained occupant comfort. Individual apartment air conditioning systems were installed to provide reliable and energy-efficient heating and cooling for residents.

A key focus of the project was early coordination with architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, and fire services to ensure efficient installation and programme delivery across all five buildings.
